REGISTRATION CLOSE 12.30pm         BRIEFING TIME 12.50pm         START TIME 1.00pm

ENTRY FEE: $25.00
Postal entries will not be accepted after Friday November 26th. However, online entry will be available until 9.30am Friday December 3rd.

ENTRY ON THE DAY
Will be accepted. Cost $40. All will be eligible for prizes.

START
Colour coded caps will be issued to determine starting position. Swimmers will be sent off in five waves of 4 minute intervals and no more than one colour will be allowed in the water at any one time. It is essential that all swimmers are out of the water to allow the briefing to commence on time at 12.50pm.

REGISTRATIONS
Race caps and timing bands will be issued from 11.00am on the day. They MUST be worn. Any timing band not returned will result in a replacement fee of $50 being charged to the swimmer.

PRESENTATIONS
Will be held at the Hotel Rottnest, commencing at 5.30pm.

RESULTS
Will be displayed following the presentations and will be on the website the following day.

CONDITIONS
Participation in this event is voluntary and no liability can be accepted by the organisers for any accident or injury to persons and property whatsoever. In the event of inclement weather, the organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event and no refund of enrty fees will be made.
